This class was fantastic! Thank you so much Brianne for sharing your talent! I have made the bread a few times now and while I am still learning, the end result has been pretty good. The instruction sheet you handed out for the class was full of great information. Looking forward to future classes!

    Thanks again!

Thanks so much for posting the video. You demonstrate so well that’s it’s not a long, difficult, mysterious undertaking. I didn’t go to the class -wasn’t really that interested because I don’t eat much bread. But I had purchased some raisin bread for my husband only, because I can’t stand the (commercial) stuff. After tasting yours I fought him for the last piece!! I’m going to start making bread. And the sourdough bread, too. You’ve made me enjoy bread again! Real bread!

    • I’m so glad you liked it! You’ll have to let us know how it turns out. We will have the video for our sourdough bread up in the next few weeks. You can subscribe to our newsletter to get the notification when it’s out. Happy baking!
